yeah, and one detail people skip, it is not just heat for heat’s sake. hot water changes the gluten enough that the dough stays more tender, less chewy, so it suits boiled or pan fried wrappers better, cold water is firmer, more elastic. depends what you want to roll out

I’ve had better luck with lights using replaceable cells. Battery starts getting weak, change the cell instead of throwing the whole light out. Less clever, lasts longer.
Simple rules are better. Say what you mean, don’t make it personal, fix the problem in front of you. That covers most things.
