Ive seen guys get married to the story of the movement and forget to hit hard.
You can keep the shape from the form and test it on the bag or a body. If it falls apart, toss it. If it works under pressure, keep it simple and repeat it. Forms are fine for building a habit, but the bag doesnt lie. Sparring is better if you can do it safely.
Do you mean partner drills or actual sparring with forms mixed in?
