        Machine / revision: Rancilio Silvia V6 2024
        Country / voltage: Canada / 120V
Grinder / burrs / setting / calibration: Baratza Sette 270; stock conical burr set; macro 7, micro E; shim stack unchanged.
Basket / portafilter: stock double basket with paper filter; bottomless portafilter (58 mm system where applicable).
Bean / roast date: Costa Rica Tarrazú medium roast; roast date 2026-08-28.
        Dose / yield / extraction time: 17.5 g in, 35 g out, 27 s target/current reference.
Water / temperature: RO water remineralized to about 70 ppm TDS; 94°C.
Exact symptom: Need a region-specific answer on model naming, voltage, warranty, parts or service before buying.
Tests already performed: Checked the local product page, seller warranty wording, plug/voltage label and parts listings.
Diagnostic photograph or video: photo of the grinder setting and a short shot video.

The specification sheet is the easy part. I am trying to work out what owning the Rancilio Silvia V6 2024 means in Canada when warranty, voltage and parts become real.

In Canada, I would confirm the exact voltage/revision and who performs warranty labor before paying. Brand name alone is not enough when regional distributors differ.

For a used Rancilio Silvia V6 2024, voltage and revision come before price. A bargain becomes less charming when the correct board or heater is on another continent.

I would email the regional service center with the serial/revision before purchase and keep the answer. Boring paperwork is a surprisingly good accessory.

The seller saying “manufacturer warranty” is not the same as the seller explaining who pays shipping and where the machine actually goes.
