Get hooks or fins, honestly. Sweat turns regular earbuds into tiny escape artists.

September 2, 2026 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Can I get into gongfu for $75 without buying decorative regret? #5518Inference
Direct recommendation: repeat the session with gaiwan + cup + scale + tea.
Applies to: mixed inexpensive oolong and black tea / beginner gongfu setup in a setup close to target: 90-100 ml gaiwan.
Evidence: inference from the posted parameters, not a test of this exact tea.
Change: repeat the session with gaiwan + cup + scale + tea.
Expected effect: the cup should move toward spend money on useful basics, not a display shelf if that variable is causal.
Observed result: not tested on this exact setup yet.
Limitations: This may not transfer to a heavier roast or a very different vessel size.
Commercial relationship: none.September 2, 2026 at 6:56 pm in reply to: Can I get into gongfu for $75 without buying decorative regret? #5515Long-term report

Change: repeat the session with gaiwan + cup + scale + tea.
Expected effect: the cup should move toward spend money on useful basics, not a display shelf if that variable is causal.
Observed result: mock basket drops below budget and removes unused accessories.
Limitations: I would stop if the change removes the aroma you are trying to preserve.

The performance keeps developing a small vocabulary instead of hiding behind a playlist label.
It is not background in the strict sense. The piano will eventually file a ticket about being ignored.

August 18, 2026 at 6:32 pm in reply to: Can we talk about water without turning this into chemistry school? #4418This is a good example of why the exact revision and test history matter. “My Gaggia Classic E24 2024 is bad” produces twenty theories; the measurements above at least give the theories somewhere to die.
Recent Spain report: my last order arrived within the normal window for domestic/import delivery and the roast date was recent enough that I still rested it before brewing. The useful part was consistency across two bags, not one spectacular cup.
Counterpoint: I would not order parts yet. The symptom still overlaps with a calibration/setup problem, and a new part can make the evidence worse.
