Brewer and filter: Clever Dripper large; Melitta #4 paper
Grinder, burr and calibration: 1Zpresso ZP6 Special; 48 mm heptagonal burr; 5.2 from calibrated zero
Bean, roaster, process and roast date: Colombia Huila Pink Bourbon; Nomad Coffee; washed; roast date 2026-07-23
Dose and water mass: 18.0 g coffee; 300 g water
Temperature and water profile: 92°C; Brita-filtered tap water, about 110 ppm TDS
Pour/agitation schedule: single continuous main pour after a 45 s bloom; one small excavation with spoon only if dry pockets remain
        Drawdown time: 2:50
Expected and perceived flavour: expected floral sweetness and clear acidity; perceived cup is flatter and drier than expected
Changes already tested: changed filter paper and repeated the same recipe

I am looking for current reports rather than a greatest-hits list from five years ago. I am in Spain, so shipping time and how the coffee arrives matter almost as much as the tasting notes. Recent bags first, please.

Recent Spain report: my last order arrived within the normal window for domestic/import delivery and the roast date was recent enough that I still rested it before brewing. The useful part was consistency across two bags, not one spectacular cup.

Also in Spain, but my order was a few months ago, so treat this as older evidence. Shipping was fine and the coffee opened up after about two weeks. i’d still want a newer report before subscribing.

Foreign and older report, so this belongs lower in the pile. The coffee itself was excellent, but transit changed the resting window enough that my recipe notes are probably not portable to your order.

Please say roast date when you post a roaster review. ‘Fresh’ has become an adjective with no legal guardian.

I would rather know which coffee you finished than which bag photographed well.

If you are ordering one bag internationally, the shipping cost becomes a tasting note.
