Counterpoint: I would not order parts yet. The symptom still overlaps with a calibration/setup problem, and a new part can make the evidence worse.

My only hope is that when something breaks, we describe the actual behavior before inventing a theory about why. This applies to software and, unfortunately, people.

The useful documented check is the revision-specific maintenance/service sequence, not a generic espresso-machine video. For ECM Classika PID 2024, verify the manual procedure and part number before opening or ordering anything. If the documented test does not reproduce the fault, stop treating that subsystem as proven.
