If you are ordering one bag internationally, the shipping cost becomes a tasting note.
One variable only: remove the final swirl. Why: pour rate can move drawdown even when the grind setting is identical. Expected result: a flatter bed and less drying finish. I would not buy anything until that test gives you a direction.
I have used washed Ethiopia Guji on the same Orea V4 Wide / Timemore Sculptor 078 combination. Change: lower water temperature by 2°C. Why: this coffee may still be releasing enough gas to disturb the early extraction. Expected result: similar total time but less stalling near the end. Keep everything else exactly where it is for one brew.
Controlled test
Direct recommendation: weigh the actual filled water once.
Applies to: Stone Path 2025 young sheng / raw puer in a setup close to porcelain gaiwan.
Evidence: side-by-side or repeated one-variable test.
Change: weigh the actual filled water once.
Expected effect: your ratio will become comparable with other reports.
Observed result: not tested on this exact setup yet.
Limitations: This may not transfer to a heavier roast or a very different vessel size.
Commercial relationship: none.Controlled test
Direct recommendation: repeat the session with no rinse.

Expected effect: the cup should move toward decide whether to rinse this clean young cake if that variable is causal.

Limitations: If your actual filled volume differs from the stated volume, the ratio may be the bigger issue.
Commercial relationship: none.A little drift makes people feel like people. If the side subject becomes the reason new people are joining the thread, it has probably become a topic.
Controlled-test suggestion: grind one small step coarser. Why: the current cup sounds more like excess late extraction than a lack of strength. Expected result: a 15–30 second faster drawdown and a cleaner finish. Do two brews if you have enough coffee, one current recipe and one changed variable, and taste them side by side as they cool.
That is the part I agree with. The question for me is whether the original poster can still get an answer. If the software makes splitting ugly, tolerate more drift rather than produce administrative debris.
I like the request to build new habits instead of spending every week looking backward. A new space should be allowed to develop its own character.
Please say roast date when you post a roaster review. ‘Fresh’ has become an adjective with no legal guardian.
Good request. Gear threads alone could probably keep three people employed.
Keep some budget for a scale and decent basket before treating the DF64 Gen 2 / Niche Zero as the only variable.
We still print a small number, mostly family photographs. Not because the print itself is superior, but because physical photographs actually get seen.
Digital storage is excellent for keeping everything. It is less successful at making anybody revisit it.
If four milk drinks are normal, test the whole sequence in your head: grind, dose, brew, steam, purge, repeat. A small delay becomes a personality trait by drink four.
