Not the exact revision, but I had a closely related setup with the same general failure mode. The thing that saved time was separating the Baratza Sette 270 / puck-prep side from the machine side instead of adjusting both together. Similar experience, not proof for your unit.

Inference only: because the symptom is repeatable and your listed tests already rule out some obvious causes, I would suspect the narrowest remaining mechanical/setup path before a board-level failure. I would not buy a part from that inference alone.

I only own one of the two, so weight this below the dual-owner reports. Mine has been consistent and easy to clean, but I cannot tell you whether the other one would be better in the same kitchen.

            Vendor/order report
Direct recommendation: repeat the session with 2026.
Applies to: River Bank sencha 2025 and 2026 / sencha harvest comparison in a setup close to two identical porcelain kyusu.
Evidence: completed order/report with dates and destination disclosed.
Change: repeat the session with 2026.
Expected effect: the cup should move toward see whether the new year justifies replacing remaining 2025 stock if that variable is causal.
Observed result: not tested on this exact setup yet.
Limitations: Water chemistry may change the result, so I would not generalize this to every city.
            Commercial relationship: none.

Direct recommendation: weigh the actual filled water once.

Change: weigh the actual filled water once.
Expected effect: your ratio will become comparable with other reports.
Observed result: 2026 is brighter but 2025 still has better body.
Limitations: My result is from a small number of sessions, so treat it as evidence rather than law.
              Commercial relationship: none.

                      Controlled test
Direct recommendation: repeat the same recipe on a second day.
Applies to: Snow Road 2026 Dayuling-style oolong / Taiwan high-mountain oolong in a setup close to porcelain gaiwan.
Evidence: side-by-side or repeated one-variable test.
Change: repeat the same recipe on a second day.
Expected effect: a repeated result should be easier to trust.
Observed result: not tested on this exact setup yet.
Limitations: This may not transfer to a heavier roast or a very different vessel size.
                      Commercial relationship: none.

Observed result: aroma and aftertaste improved noticeably.
Limitations: If your actual filled volume differs from the stated volume, the ratio may be the bigger issue.

Recent Netherlands report: my last order arrived within the normal window for domestic/import delivery and the roast date was recent enough that I still rested it before brewing. The useful part was consistency across two bags, not one spectacular cup.

Confirmed solution: Priming and clearing the water path restored flow; I did not keep running the pump dry. Pressure came back after the blockage/air path was corrected. I am leaving the original numbers above intact so the next person can see what changed.
