I used a cheaper grinder first and the upgrade was obvious mostly in repeatability. The machine did not magically become better; I just stopped fighting yesterday’s setting.
I am less convinced by the flavour claim than the workflow claim, but that may be because my water is different.

Price the boring ownership stuff too: filters, gaskets, cleaning, service shipping and the cost of being without the Profitec GO 2025.
That is close to my experience with old filing systems. The drawer was always somewhere, but never where one expected it to be.
