That is the part I agree with. I care more about behavior than forbidden opinions. An edit note is better than silently making a problem disappear.
I hope people feel free to ask beginner questions here. Curiosity disappears quickly when every question becomes a test.
This deserves its own room rather than being buried in general music. I’d appreciate threads comparing recordings, provided we don’t turn them into rankings.
That is the part I agree with. I’d be happy to see this added. I want somewhere that permits both deep technical discussion and the occasional ‘what am I hearing here?’ question.
I like the request to be decent without turning decency into forced agreement. Those are very different things.
