V60 slow drawdown even when I go coarse

Brewer and filter: Hario V60 02 plastic; Hario tabbed 02 paper
Grinder, burr and calibration: Comandante C40 MK4; Nitro Blade; 24 clicks
Bean, roaster, process and roast date: Colombia Huila Sidra; Manhattan Coffee Roasters; washed; roast date 2026-07-17
Dose and water mass: 20.0 g coffee; 340 g water
Temperature and water profile: 94°C; filtered tap water, about 85 ppm TDS
Pour/agitation schedule: 60 g bloom for 45 s, then pulse pours roughly every 30 s to 340 g
Drawdown time: 3:20
Expected and perceived flavour: expected caramel and stone fruit; perceived cup is sweet but slightly muddy
Changes already tested: rested the coffee three additional days and repeated the same recipe

The annoying part is that the cup is not terrible, just clearly wrong in a repeatable way. I want one next experiment rather than a shopping list of fixes. If you have run Hario V60 02 plastic with something similar, I am especially interested.

I tested one change from the opening post and it moved the cup, but did not finish the job. Next variable: remove the final swirl. Why: the current cup sounds more like excess late extraction than a lack of strength. Expected result: slightly more body without making the cup muddier. I will report the actual result rather than stack another change on top.

I have used Colombia Huila Sidra on the same Hario V60 02 plastic / Comandante C40 MK4 combination. Change: extend the bloom by 15 seconds. Why: the last part of the brew may be adding dryness without useful sweetness. Expected result: similar total time but less stalling near the end. Keep everything else exactly where it is for one brew.

Same Hario V60 02 plastic and grinder here, different but similarly light coffee. Change: extend the bloom by 15 seconds. Why: paper speed is an easy hidden variable to rule out before blaming the grinder. Expected result: a flatter bed and less drying finish. That should tell you whether the behaviour belongs to the setup rather than this exact bag.
