Brewer and filter: Hario V60 02 plastic; Hario tabbed 02 paper
Grinder, burr and calibration: 1Zpresso K-Ultra; 48 mm conical burr; 7.1 from zero
Bean, roaster, process and roast date: Brazil Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza; April Coffee; natural; roast date 2026-08-02
Dose and water mass: 15.0 g coffee; 240 g water
Temperature and water profile: 93°C; remineralized RO, about 60 ppm GH / 25 ppm KH
Pour/agitation schedule: 52 g bloom for 40 s, then three pours; no stirring after bloom
        Drawdown time: 3:20
Expected and perceived flavour: expected cocoa and red fruit; perceived cup is thin despite adequate extraction time
Changes already tested: reduced agitation; kept dose, water and temperature fixed

This is the first version of the recipe that survived different mornings and still tasted like the same coffee. I am logging it before I get clever and ruin it.

That tracks with my experience. The useful part is that you wrote down what stayed fixed, so somebody else can actually test it.

I am less convinced by the flavour claim than the workflow claim, but that may be because my water is different.

The cleanup detail matters more than reviews admit. A tool used every day gets judged in the sink as much as in the cup.
