Does the Classika deserve a better grinder?

Bean / roast date: Ethiopia Sidama medium roast; roast date 2026-07-12.
Dose / yield / extraction time: 17.5 g in, 35 g out, 27 s target/current reference.
Water / temperature: RO water remineralized to about 70 ppm TDS; 94°C.
Exact symptom: I am deciding whether this grinder is a sensible match for the machine and roast/workflow rather than just technically capable.
Tests already performed: Compared dose workflow, noise, retention, adjustment style, local price and the current grinder’s limits.

I am trying to match the grinder to the way I actually use the ECM Classika PID 2024: normal mornings, occasional bean changes, and no desire to perform a ritual before work.
