Brewer and filter: Bodum Chambord 1 L French press; stock metal mesh
Grinder, burr and calibration: 1Zpresso ZP6 Special; 48 mm heptagonal burr; 5.2 from calibrated zero
Bean, roaster, process and roast date: Colombia Huila Sidra; Manhattan Coffee Roasters; washed; roast date 2026-07-11
Dose and water mass: 15.0 g coffee; 240 g water
Temperature and water profile: 94°C; filtered tap water, about 85 ppm TDS
Pour/agitation schedule: single continuous main pour after a 45 s bloom; one small excavation with spoon only if dry pockets remain
        Drawdown time: 4:10
Expected and perceived flavour: expected berry sweetness; perceived cup is sharp at first and hollow as it cools
Changes already tested: reduced agitation; kept dose, water and temperature fixed

I am looking for current reports rather than a greatest-hits list from five years ago. I am in United States, so shipping time and how the coffee arrives matter almost as much as the tasting notes. Recent bags first, please.
